Trouble Shooting

Surrender can't open high scores file.

Try deleting the high scores file in the "Player Data" folder. If this does not work try deleting the "Surrender Preferences" file in your "System Folder-->Preferences" folder.

Surrender loses network connection mid-game.

We have had a report that the connection can be lost mid-game. If this happens could you email a report to support@darkshadowsw.com. If possible could you let us know the following information:

Mac OS/OS X version.

Whether it was the host or client players turn.

Whether sending text message still works.

What network connection you are on (modem, cable modem, xDSL etc).

What the previous move was (ship move, take a chance).

System Requirements

Any Power Macintosh with QuickTime, DrawSprocket, Open Transport, 15MB of free memory and approximately 15MB of available disk space. Mac OS 8.1+ or Mac OS X 10.0.3+.
